RE: UPTICK RULE.
I work very hard at a electrical utilities, I am 55 years old and my health getting poorer. I see every day the hedge fund and banks use there skills of bleeding the stock market.
What I have read and looking at the facts. The UPTICK rule should had been used. Why? My Comment is WHY?
Is it for Wall street, Big Banks, and Hedge funds to control the retirements (401K'S).
Please use the uptick rule and help the working people that keep the lights on.
