PLEASE do your part to restore TRUST and CONFIDENCE by reinstating this common sense rule ASAP.....this should not be a lengthy debate, but a quick and forceful decision that demonstrates that the SEC will act on behalf of the greater good and not be influenced by the few with special interests. This request represents a long overdue change for the better, that will 1) enhance the credibility of the SEC, 2) have a positive impact for investors and companies alike and 3) be applauded across the board.
