I urge you to reinstate the uptick rule. Elimination of the uptick rule allowed naked short selling to occur, which devastated the average American's 401K . This caused people to stop spending money and also caused more retired people to have to return to the job market at a time when jobs were scarce.
For those reasons you must reinstate the uptick rule.
