please reinstste the up tick rule.
in addition, no one should be allowed to naked short the market. fine the violaters along with the brokers that allow it to happen.
bear raids do happen, just look at lehman bothers, david einhorn was partly responsible for the demise of lehman. a full investigation should be launched.
