It's simple. Bring back the uptick rule. You're killing us out here. What a stupid, asanine, ridiculous notion to get rid of it to start with. Of course, you've heard the old saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
We are finally rid of the stupid Bush administration so top acting like them. Mary Schapiro- we know where you came from and yes you should not be in the position you are in. We can only hope Obama wakes up and does the right thing. Please prove us wrong.
