Reinstate the Uptick Rule now. How our government allowed this to lapse is unbelievable. There is a man named Jim Cramer who everyone in the SEC should listen to. I think you may heard of him because your chairwoman has been on his show Mad Money a couple of times. Please listen to what he has to say because he has shown to care more about the American people than our own government. You know there is no one in the SEC who is more intelligent on these matters than he is so please don't pretend. Just do what's right for the American people. Thank you.
