Please reinstate the uptick Rule. Please do not allow the SEC to be viewed as a lapdog for Hedge Funds as you are currently viewed. Christopher Cox allowed the SEC to relax this rule to appease the Hedge Funds and in the process gave the SEC a huge black eye. The consumer needs you to be our vigilant watch dog.
