I have traded the mkt. for 40 yrs and removing the uptick rule was not only outrageous but a criminal act it has caused more damage to the people of this country than any act of my lifetime. Senior citizens like myself can not recover in our lifetimes. It was designed to let the super rich get richer while average small investors go broke. I hope those who have the power to act on this matter have the guts to right this wrong but I doubt it.
