Chairman Cox,
I strongly believe it is crutial that the SEC reinstate the Up-Tick rule to minimize market volatility and protect the market against the manipulation of equity prices. Over the course of seventy years, the Up-Tick rule demonstrated its value to our economy and are market. Likewise, over the course of the last few years, its repeal has also demonstrated its value.
