I STORNGLY believe that we should re-establish the "Up-Tick" Rule.
The fact that large funds can drive an individual stock down with no control, is a great harm to the market. Without this control, the individual investor can be crushed by the large hedge funds. There is plenty of money to be made by shorting the market without giving the large funds a major UNFAIR advantage. This only hurts the small investor and drives them out of the market.
