Please add my name to Mr. Jim Cramer's (Mad Money on CNBC) partition regarding The Uptick Rule. On television, he says he will be delivering it on Monday June 1, 2009, with well over 5,000 signatures. I don't know anything about everything, however this man seems to believe what he knows about this.
