Re-instate the up-tick rule. I cannot believe the constant drumbeat of the short-sellers during the market bottoms that were destroying the equities markets you need a public hearing to bolster respect for the validity of market moves. The markets will not be viewed as anything but a sham by the public if the policing does not protect the individual investor.
