Please re-instate the uptick rule in the same capacity as it was before being revoked.
This rule worked for over seventy years and just a few short months after it was repealed a near depression ensued.
This was not the only reason for our problems, but it sure aided in the severity in order to line the pockets of just a few greedy individuals.
Greed WAS the overall reason for what we are going through.
