Please bring back fair markets for the small investor who has suffered huge losses and lost confidence in the market.
1. Reinstate the Uptick Rule.
2. By not enforcing the law prohibiting naked short selling The SEC has become an accomplice to this continuing crime
3. Ban levered "short side" sector based ETF's.
The regular investor needs to know the government is doing everything it can to make the playing field level for everyone, and to prevent further engineered market collapses.
We are counting on the new administration to see through the corrupt agenda of the previous administration and undo their self-serving changes in the rules and to do what is right for all of us.
