PLEASE REINSTATE the UPTIK RULE
PLEASE STOP THE NAKED SHORT SELLING
I am an individual investor and I have watched the short sellers destroy the stock market and my 401K. My 401K and retirement stock market account is now down 75%. The short sellers have a huge advantage. They can short a company's stock until the company is worthless. The naked short selling is rampant and destroying companies. The short sellers sow fear and run small individual investors out of the market.
The SEC needs to restore trust in the stock market by making it fair for the longs. The short sellers are controlling the market and sowing fear.
PLEASE REINSTATE the UPTIKE RULE, STOP the NAKED SHORT SELLING, BAN the TRIPLE ULTRA SHORT ETFS LIKE SKF, STOP the SELLING BY HEDGE FUNDS BEFORE PRE-MARKET and ENFORCE the REGULATIONS
