1. Removal of uptick was a wrong decision and need to reverse.
2. Not enforcing the existing law, and allowing naked shorting was even worse. It is equivalent to issue licenses that legalize robbery.
3. The worst is that SEC is either mulfunctioning or not functioning. Obama adm. needs either fix SEC, or make a new one. As a government agency, allowing naked shorting robbery is unlawful itself.
