Jim Cramer has a huge national following and believes we need to reinstate the uptick rule to reestablish credibility in the stock market.
He was a former hedge fund manager and feels without this rule large hedge funds can short sell a stock to oblivion.
His opinion is good enough for me and I would urge you to reinstate this ruling.
