Please reinstate the uptick rule to its original,
before it was so thoughtlessly altered. It protected
investors for many, many years. Why it was changed,
perhaps, should be investigated. Did someone profit,
ie was there a bribe?
Its reversal is so inconceivable during these times,
(its reversal has contributed to "these times")...
I cannot figure out why this is not as simple a
suggestion as the nose on anyone's face
