Shorting MUST be regulated.
The damage that shorting has done to the markets and stock value in the last 18 months is all too apparent
NAKED shorting is the all time gambling foundation for the stockmarket and can be abused and manipulated.
Covering and restrictive rules must be set in motion ..NOW.
