I am petioning for the restoration of the uptick rules as originally established. I am also asking for an examination and potential regulation of ETF's and their use in circumventing margin rules. Confidence must be restored if individual investors are to see the market as fair. Arguements in favor of my comments have been made in great detail by others. It is time for the SEC to focus on systemic and egregious fraud and not waste time checking off boxes when auditing brokerage firms.
