Please reinstate the uptick rule in it's previous form. Also, please eliminate the ultra short etfs and do more to prevent naked short selling.
Thank you for giving hard working Americans a forum to voice their concerns on this issue. Everyone I know has their retirement plans and much of their life savings invested in the stock market. The SEC needs to protect the markets to insure our retirements and family's welfare.
