Why don't you reinstate immediately the previous up-tick rule that had worked successfully for many years! Then further study what needs to be changed about the rule if in fact anything is needed while short selling destruction of stocks is prevented. If it ain't broke why fix it and we keep it simple. Thank you and help bring confidence back to the market in this area quickly.
