I wrote to you two or three times over the last two years requesting that you reinstate the "uptick rule". Again I ask that the rule be reinstated.
Eliminate "naked short selling" or at least enforce the rules concerning "naked" shorts.....with HUGE penalties that are actually enforced.
Lastly, terminate the "double short" ETF's that hammer down the markets in the last hour of trading.
