If short sellers continue to be given priority and unfair advantage by not playing by the rules the rest of us have to play by, then we arenot a bit interested in buying stock on the Exchange.
If the SEC demands transparency, and we are definitely for that, then re-instating the uptick rule goes hand-in-glove with transparency.
