To Whom It May Concern,
If you would like to see the private sector continue to invest in the market, I strongly urge you to re-implement the Uptick Rule, not just in name, but in substance.
We are already at an unfair disadvantage but making it more difficult is certainly just going to drive more of us away from the market.
The Commission is our only chance to level the playing field for all of us on our own. Please do the right thing for those of us that are just trying to have a fair playing field.
