Regarding the practice of short selling, it appears the Commission made an egregious error when it eliminated the Uptick Rule. My request as an investor is to reinstate short sale price test restrictions, which I believe will boost investor confidence and not provide short sellers with an unfair upper hand. A more level playing field will be established for all market participants, if the Uptick Rule is reinstated. Please reinstate the Uptick Rule on a market wide and permanent basis.
