My comment is simple: ELIMINATE THE PRACTICE OF NAKED SHORT SELLING. I don't understand how the SEC can allow a short seller sell shares they never borrowed. Why does naked or illegal short selling still exist? It's killing the market and the confidence of the potential buyer. Please enforce the rule and protect the real shareholders.
