Dear Sir, I am asking your agency to re-instate the "Uptick Rule". This move will make the market run in a more "Legal" way and prevent the heart break of.............."Naked Short Selling". I am a stock holder of CMKX / CMKM. Our company went through the largest "Naked Short" in the history of "The World". Trillions of shares were "NAKED SHORTED", right under the protective and watchful eye of..."The SEC" This would have never occured if the "Uptick Rule" was in effect.
