I think you set some rules for the speculators that buy oil,we cannot let them ruin our economy just so they can make a few bucks High fuel prices will wreck our recovery,and we will back in the doldrums.We have to have afordable fuel till we get our alternative fuels worked out.President Obama promised those kind changes.We will be watching to make sure that he keeps his word
