I feel that the SEC should reinstate the uptick rule. This would go a long way toward leveling the playing field for those of us who are small investors. Too often I have bought a stock only to have it beaten down by the "big boys" on wall street.The previous administration's lack of oversight has helped destroy the economy and small investor's retirement accounts. Reinstitution of the uptick rule is one thing that the present administration could do to help us. Thank you for your consideration.
