Madame Chair,
It is about time the SEC started protecting the Individuals/ Investors that it was chartered to do ,,,,Not make it easier for Hedge funds and Short sellers to pilfrige the Market while driving the regular and long term investors into the Cellars or away as was the case under Mr. Cox's tenure. How will the status quo benefit us ?
Please get a meaningful uptick rule into place asap, Not just window dressing ,,,the public and regular investors demand and deserve the rule.
