My pastor has a saying that he "doesn't believe in coincidences". I have come to see his point in many aspects of my life, I urge you to consider it as well. How can educated people say there was no corelation between short selling and the abusive declines that certain securities went through in the last year. I urge you to reinstate the uptick with or without any new bells and whistles. I read a recent article that spoke of an in depth review of two years of data and no effects seen with short selling. THOSE WERE TWO YEARS OF UP MARKETS...Why not reinstate and then look at the most recent two years with a microscope. Move quickly on this action as time is not in our favor. Thank you.
