To Whom It May Concern:
PLEASE reinstate the uptick rule and allow us investors who do provide liquidity and do need our capital markets to operate in a fair manner for us to continue to participate in capitalizing our country's public companies. Many of us are almost ready to give up and throw in the towel and head for A.C. or Vegas where we will at least be given a good time for our losses which should not be the only outcome on a fair playing field.
