Naked shorting is criminal and it should be illegal enforced.
Alexander Hamilton believed in a small, but vigorous government. Please enforce the rules and prosecute the offenders. No one in western civilization believes in the chaos that reigned during the Bush/Cheney years except selfish extreme Republicans.
Short sellers should be ordered to disclose their positions just like long term accumulators of a company's ownership. Please try to build up the institutions of the USA and not have policies that destroy our nation.
Please do not be cowed by these wall street cowboys they are so used to getting their way. Their threats are hollow.
