Enough already by not bring in the UP TIC Rule you are letting us all go to the poor house please don't sit there and wait any longer time is of essence and you should be protecting us from the short traders who have complete control of the stock market, you are aware of what is going on are you not?
Time is wasting please do your job and stop this downward sprial of the stock market PLEASE.
