the Shadow starts covering their shorts but we retail investors never know when the Shadow decides to cover. Last 8 months the Shadow brought so many stocks down to 90-95% from their highs then started to cover and I see this happens on many of them. Do you guys see the same thing and how we could stop them? After April/15 tax day, the IRS should know who made all the money from illegal trading and illegal shorting stocks. Please pass the uptick rule as fast as you can. Please launch your investigation and track down folks on "Fast Money" on CNBC.
