Jim Cramer has stated on a national TV show that the bank stocks were driven down by illegal naked short sellers. He further stated that he knows their names and will divulge them to you if asked.

Has this accusation been pursued by the SEC?

Collusion by short sellers to drive down a stock price should be against the law.

I will not be investing further in the stock market until I feel that the real crooks are being prosecuted. I don't think that a Cris Cox agreement to look the other way means that they shouldn't be caught and punished. Once you name them they should be libel for the damages.

It seems to me that your current activities are just a screen to do nothing.

If stability were an interest of regulators, no one without a storage capability would be allowed to purchase oil.
