Dear SEC what are you waiting for to reinstate the up tick rule it was the worst decision that was ever made by the SEC all you did with the change of this rule was to bring back BEAR RAIDS are you going to wait until every stock is selling below 1 dollar the only people that are making money with this rule change are the day traders and hedge funds let do some thing and please do it fast.
