Re-instate the uptick rule and enforce the rules against naked shorting. Since these two important rules were repealed and ignored by Former SEC Sec. Chris Cox, and his team failing to enforce rules against naked short selling the market went into free fall. Why does the SEC continue to protect the large corrupt hedge funds and ignore the small retail investor? The SEC is captures, how sad.
