Re-instate the up-tick rule. Naked short selling without the up-tick rule helped drive the enormous stock market collapse of 2008-09 and the needless destruction of trillions of dollars in personal wealth. Those individuals responsible for removing the up-tick rule need to be prosecuted for such an egregious act of malfeasance.
