I believe you need to reinstate the up tick rule. The government needs to stop the shorts from controling a lot of stocks in the stock market. The up tick rule should be put back into the market.
I know this would never happen but a person should not be able to but puts or calls. Everyone should have to buy the stock and pay for it when the order is filled. Also when a person sells a order he should be paid. This would elimate all the problems the market has.
