I am 77 years old and a very active trader, 60 to 80 trades per month, and I can tell you from my experience, we MUST return to the exact same uptik rule that we had before. There must be one uptik before a short can be executed and they MUST borrow the stock. Its imperitive to keep our markets "clean"
