We need to change the rules to get the manipulators out of the market and give the small investors an even playing field. Check the stock on "DNDN" and how they manipilated the stock on 4/27/09 that caused the price to drop from $24 t0 $7.50 in 30 seconds trigering safety stops that could not catch up with the fast fall of the stock price.
