Please reinstate the "uptick" rule and enforce prosecution of "naked Short Selling". Also consider other SEC regulations to even the market playing field.
Today, the market is used to fund retirements, build schools, and save for college educations. A few "fast players" should be able to artificially control the market to the advantage at the cost of others.
The market needs to be free, but it does need to be regulated to the point of making it fair for all participants.
