I pulled everything i owned out of the market in Certificate form back in 2006 when i was told about the Crime of Naked Shorting and Failures to deliver. the SEC has done nothing to Enforce the existing rules, and by allowing these short sellers to steal from the American people they need to answer for this.
I have been told the Certificates I hold may not be real shares due to the way the company had been naked shorted. I have a real problem with this if this is the case. I bought these shares from a broker and requsted the Certificates thru the companies transfer agent that went thru the DTC.
If these are not real the system we have is Fraudulent
We the American people should all pull our Certificates and force the SEC to pay us for the Crimes against us.
