To whom it may concern:please reinstate the uptick rule to protect investors from irresponsible short sellers whose only interest is to destroy a companies stock for their greed. It was started after the crash in the 20's to prevent the very scenario which nearly destroyed our financial stocks such as citigroup, goldman sacs, wells fargo, morgan stanley, and washington mutual. Please reinstate this rule now Also, move to ban double and triple ETF short products from the market. These products hurt companies and do not reward profits to investors in the products.
