Bring back the uptick, just as it stood before the fateful decision to remove it.
Nobody should be able to profit from the fall of a companies stock. There are those who have made an incredible amount of money doing just that. They now have a vested interest in keep the volatility high in the markets. With this they can drive the price of any stock down and then of course reap the profits.
It just is not right. Lets keep our markets from being a casino.
Reinstate the rules.
