Reinstate the uptick Rule. Enforce the rules against naked short selling and ban it entirely as present rules currently state. Eliminate Short ETF's as short selling by nature of its original intention cannot support such large volume institutional trading. These funds and hedge funds have taken free license over the past 2+ years to hammer down stocks unfairly of companies who did nothing improper or questionable regarding the recent mortgage lending financial crisis. As citizens we deserve and demand the right to a fair and open market for all without allowing special favors or exceptions for larger institutions over small investors. This is what the Spirit of America is all about. Do the right thing SEC and become Patriots and eliminate the treasonous behavior of the past 8 years.
