Naked shorting must be eliminated. Only in a Bizarro World can you sell something you don't own. There is no equality in a market that allows the privileged professionals to trample over the individual investor. Why do these greedy criminals want companies to fail? I thought the purpose of investing was to watch your hard earned money grow as the company you believed in grew. If nothing else the Uptick rule must be reinstated. The SEC must also investigate wrongdoing when it is presented to them.
