I would like to have the SEC re-instate the uptick rule with no exceptions as it was written in the 1930's. It protects the individual investor. It supports a free and fair market. I want to see the SEC restore integrity to our system.

In addtition, the naked short rule needs to be enforced. There needs to be consequences for the people who do not follow the law in this regard. Furthermore, the ETFs that allow double and triple the action on a sector or stock, skirt the rules which make a level playing field. These instruments do not provide a hedge for the longterm.
